Kalas’50 years in business have been marked by our desire to continually improve the solutions that we are able to offer our customers.  These improvements have progressed forward, from a local wire company to a global wire and cable provider.

Our Continuous Improvement Program is entirely focused on hearing the voice of our customers and then taking action to improve and address the underlying challenges and opportunities. Kalas also has a Continuous Improvement Team in place that is constantly looking for areas of process improvement and redesign to streamline or improve our core business processes.

By maintaining an environment of constant improvement, Kalas aims to continuously strive to be a wire and cable solutions provider that is easy for our customers to do business with.   It is with this thought in mind that we are always working to improve our business practices and ourselves.
