Honoring Dedication: Celebrating Decades of Service at Kalas
At Kalas, we have always believed that our greatest asset is our people. Recently, we had the privilege of gathering at the historic Olde Lincoln House in Ephrata to celebrate the hard work, loyalty, and incredible milestones of our team members at our Service Anniversary Celebration.
It was a special time dedicated to honoring employees who have reached significant milestones with the company—recognizing 5, 10, 15, and 20 years, all the way up to an astounding 40 years of service.
The event provided a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to step away from the daily routine and enjoy connecting on their dedication and time as a part of the Kalas family. Over a delicious dinner featuring prime rib and Chesapeake chicken, the room was filled with laughter and the sharing of favorite Kalas stories from over the years. Hearing the memories and experiences of those who have been with us for decades is a powerful reminder of the rich history and strong community that define our company culture.
